DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Please reschedule your appointment if you experience any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose and loss of smell/taste
- Please wear your facial mask at all times during your appointment
- We will be taking temperature checks and screening clients upon arrival
- Please avoid any skin treatments on the face two weeks prior to your appointment. This includes botox, skin peels, microdermabrasion etc
- Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, please don’t bring extra guests or children to the appointment
- Please avoid the COVID-19 vaccine two weeks prior and two weeks after your appointment

*IF YOU HAVE NOT FULLY DISCLOSED ALL INFORMATION TO A MEMBER OF STAFF DURING A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO YOUR PROCEDURE IN RELATION TO ANY OF THE MEDICAL HISTORY QUESTIONS ASKED AND IF ANY OF THE INFORMATION GIVEN HAS CHANGED WITHOUT INFORMING MIEN BROWS 3 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR PROCEDURE OF ANY CHANGES TO YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY OR ALLERGIES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
